Kore Invest OÜ

Kore Invest OÜ is a production plant which mainly produces constructional steel structures, staircases, fences, platforms and products from stainless steel.

For all of the products that we manufacture we offer installation service. We also install SW panels and load-bearing profile sheets on roofs.

We are certified by EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2001 and NE ISO 3834-3:2005 and we meet execution class EXC2. Company’s production base is located in Türi, Tehnika street 3b, Järva county, Estonia.

Size of our base is 2500 m2. We have 3 overhead travelling cranes with maximum lifting capacity of 5 tons. Maximum measurements of an individual detail that we can produce are: height – 4 m; width – 3.5 m; length – 14 m; weight – 4000 kg. We are able to produce steel frames with bridges up to 32m. 16+16 meters.

In one month we are able to produce 70-120 tons of steel depending on the complexity and the thickness of the materials.

Plasma cutting

Thickness of sheet material up to 40mm.

Laser cutting

Thickness of sheet material up to 25mm.

Sawing with a band saw

Diameter of tube up to 500 mm.

Welding

MIG/MAG, TIG, Electrode welding.

Rolling of steel

Thickness of material up to 8 mm, width of the sheet up to 2000 mm.

Steel bending

Thickness of material up to 8 mm, length up to 3000 mm.

Sandplasting chamber

Maximum width of the object 3,7m, height 16m.

Industrial painting

Industrial painting with liquid paint.

Tube bending

Round tube with diameter up to 60 mm, square tubes up to 60×60 mm.
